What does the platform fee include?
The 5% platform fee covers recruiting, hiring, contracts, hours, claims, agreed PTO, approvals, invoicing, reminders, and payment management. It is calculated on the professional’s invoiced fees and paid by the company in addition to those fees. The company and professional agree the rate directly.
What is ITWarp?
ITWarp connects US companies with Latin American professionals and brings recruiting, contracts, work tracking, and billing into a single workspace.
Can I bring contractors I already work with?
Yes. Bring Your Own Contractor lets you onboard your existing team. Each engagement still goes through consent, verification, classification review, and agreement of terms.
Does AI make hiring decisions?
No. AI helps structure roles and explain matches. People review recommendations and approve hiring and other sensitive decisions.
How do payments work?
Approved work becomes an invoice. Payouts require confirmed funds and completed controls. Methods, fees, and timing depend on the providers and terms agreed for your engagement.
Is ITWarp a US company?
ITWARP LLC is a limited liability company based in Delaware, United States.
Can professionals join from Latin America?
Yes. Create a talent account and share your skills, availability, and preferences. Availability of engagements depends on country coverage and verification.
